What will the Supreme Court’s new term mean for the future of American law and public policy?
From climate change lawsuits against oil companies and cases involving semiautomatic rifles, religious preschools, parental consent and gender transition, and proof of citizenship for voting, the Court will confront a number of consequential questions this term.
Please join us on the first day of the new term for our annual Supreme Court preview. A distinguished panel of legal scholars and practitioners will offer their perspectives on the cases to watch, the constitutional questions at stake, and what the Court’s decisions could mean for the country.
