Jennifer Weber is an adjunct fellow at the Manhattan Institute and the co-founder of KIT Educational Consulting. Her work builds on educational research and behavioral science to inform systems change and connect research with practice and policy. She has consulted for public and charter schools nationwide. She has over a decade of experience teaching graduate-level courses in the science of behavior, research design, and evidence-based instruction. She holds a Ph.D. in applied behavior analysis from Columbia University.
