Danyela Souza Egorov
Danyela Souza Egorov is a fellow at the Manhattan Institute, where she focuses on education policy and school choice. Egorov is the secretary of New York City’s Community Education Council District 2 and the founder of Families for NY. She was the founding board chair of Brooklyn RISE Charter School. Previously, Egorov was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. She has over a decade of experience in business, government, and nonprofits, with a focus on strategy, advocacy, and management. Egorov holds an MPP from Harvard Kennedy School. She has testified before the U.S. House of Representatives and has been published in the New York Post, City Journal, and New York Sun.
