Bobby Fijan

Bobby Fijan is a Fellow at the Manhattan Institute, where he focuses on real estate development and housing policy, with an emphasis on family formation in American cities. Fijan is Co-Founder of The American Housing Corporation, an industrial manufacturing and homebuilding company building rowhomes and family-oriented housing across the U.S. His work has been featured in The Washington Post, The Atlantic, Bloomberg’s Odd Lots, Vox, The Free Press, and the Philadelphia Inquirer. Previously, he co-founded a construction software company and was a partner at a Philadelphia-area apartment developer. He lives in Texas with his wife, three kids, and a dog.
