Armen Tooloee is chief of staff for Christopher Rufo, having previously served as coalitions manager and program coordinator. He was also a 2022 Publius Fellow at the Claremont Institute. Tooloee holds a BS from the University of Washington where he led student activism campaigns opposing affirmative action and protecting free speech on campus.
