Ann Korchak

Ann Korchak is the Board President of the Small Property Owners of New York, a 100 percent volunteer organization representing the city’s small housing providers. She has been deeply involved in SPONY’s advocacy, education, and organizing efforts, helping elevate the voices of responsible small building operators throughout New York.

Ann works to ensure that policymakers, the media, and the public understand the essential role small property owners play in maintaining safe, stable, and affordable housing. She regularly represents SPONY in legislative discussions, industry panels, and public forums, advancing practical, balanced solutions that support both housing providers and the communities they serve. Ann has been actively involved in the management of two family-owned properties on the Upper West Side of Manhattan for over 20 years, which her husband’s family has owned for decades.
