Alison Miller
Alison Miller, M.P.A., is the deputy director for management of Columbia University’s Earth Institute. She has taught graduate courses as a lecturer in Columbia’s School of International and Public Affairs. Miller has previously worked as a business development associate for an asset management rm, working with institutional clients and consultants. She has also worked with New York City’s Division of Energy Management and the New York City Mayor’s Of ce of Long-Term Planning and Sustainability. She is the coauthor, with Steven Cohen and William Eimicke, of Sustainability Policy: Hastening the Transition to a Cleaner Economy (2015) and has co-authored papers on climate policy, sustainability metrics, and public policy and management. She has a B.A. in economics and international relations from the University of Delaware and an M.P.A. in environmental science and policy from Columbia University.
