Please join us on Wednesday, June 14 at 12:15 PM for a roundtable discussion with David Schleicher, professor of law at Yale Law School. Schleicher holds expertise in local government, federalism, and state and local finance, among other areas. Together with John Ketcham of the Manhattan Institute, Schleicher will discuss his new book, In a Bad State: Responding to State and Local Budget Crises, which explores the history of federal actions in response to fiscal challenges at the state and local level as well as policy solutions for today. A light lunch will be served.
