Hayek Book Prize Nomination

The Manhattan Institute is currently accepting nominations for our Hayek Book Prize, which will honor a book published between January 1, 2024, and December 31, 2025 that best reflects F.A. Hayek’s vision of economic and individual liberty. The winner of the Hayek Book Prize will be awarded a $100,000 cash prize and asked to deliver our annual Hayek Lecture in New York City in June.

We encourage the nomination of books that advance the ideals of classical liberalism along with a range of economic, political, and moral dimensions. Hayek’s The Road to Serfdom is the inspiration and the model for the Prize.
