The Manhattan Institute has initiated a series of small off-the-record dinner discussions with key policy leaders to explore some of the most important issues of the day. Our next dinner, hosted by C. Boyden Gray, former White House counsel to George H. W. Bush, is on “The Future of Energy Policy.” Frank Gaffney, the founder and president of the Center for Security Policy, and former CIA director, James Woolsey, will be with us to share their views on the critical topic of energy policy and security. Also joining in the discussion will be Peter Huber and Mark Mills, co-authors of a recent Manhattan Institute book on energy, The Bottomless Well.
