Ending the Era of Race Preferences

30
Wednesday January 2008

Speakers

Ward Connerly President, American Civil Rights Institute

The decisive victory of the Michigan Civil Rights Initiative in the 2006 election created a unique opportunity to institute color-blind government policies elsewhere in the nation.

Ward Connerly, long the nation’s leading crusader against racial and gender preferences, is spearheading this effort by promoting “Super Tuesday for Equal Rights”—initiatives on the November 2008 ballot in five states mandating an end to government-sponsored preferences.
