Please join the Manhattan Institute for an afternoon of timely conversations on immigration, public policy, and the future of American society.
Bringing together leading scholars, policymakers, journalists, and public intellectuals, Jason Riley's annual policy conference will explore the economic, cultural, and civic implications of immigration in the United States.
The program will feature two in-depth panel discussions examining some of the most pressing and debated questions surrounding immigration policy today. Topics will include the impact of legal and illegal immigration on jobs, wages, housing, and social services; the future of family-based migration and high-skill immigration; the demographic and cultural effects of migration; assimilation and American identity; and the role of multiculturalism, bilingualism, and DEI in shaping integration efforts.
The afternoon will also include a special fireside chat between former NYPD Commissioner William Bratton and Manhattan Institute scholar Rafael “Ralf” Mangual, who will discuss public safety, urban policy, and the challenges facing America’s cities.
Join us for a thought-provoking dialogue and debate on one of the defining issues of our time.
